Unlimited posts at that point in time, it was all an engineering student needed. Though <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\">Blogger<\/a> was launched at that time but it lacked the feel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wordpress.org\">WordPress<\/a> offered. Also, WordPress had the best set of plugins at that point in time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> After writing for a healthy 4 years I stopped blogging altogether. Call it the stress of the IT corporate or just the general laziness after working long hours in the office, I had given up on a lot of things. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fast-forward to May 2020, the pandemic has taken over the world &amp; people are evaluating new ways of coping up with their lives or <em>the lack of it<\/em>. I started figuring out my long forgone hobbies, one out of them being blogging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Got started with my blog, a new one with a new installation of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wordpress.org\">WordPress<\/a> and a new domain. Wanted to import my posts from the old WordPress.com account but alas !!! I no longer have access to it. Forgot the username as well as the email. Tried all combinations but to no avail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next up, I started copying my posts from the older blog to here. Though I have been successful copying most of them but yet a lot of it is remaining. Also importing the images is a challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wish WordPress had a plugin to import all the posts from a fellow WordPress blog without authentication.
